    Beautiful hotel very modern ,location near large sand beach andshops,restaurants and transport facilities.Excellent staff,friendly and helpful; the rooms is very confortable with kitchen and minibar with sea view balcony; secure free parking .Great location for beach !Thank you Residence Piccadilly !

    Unverbauter grandioser Blick auf das Meer und den Strand vom Balkon. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Supermarkt und die Einkaufsstraße direkt gegenüber.

    Die Tiefgarage ist etwas eng und man muss ein wenig rangieren. Aber das Auto braucht man hier sowieso nicht, da die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür ist und man von dort selbst Ausflüge nach San Marino oder die Altstadt unternehmen kann.

    Sehr gute Lage in Rimini! Schöner Meerblick! Supermarkt direkt gegenüber Eingangsbereich!

    Nur ein Lift, der zwar groß genug ist, auf den man aber lange warten muss! Reinigung nur einmal pro Woche ist zumindest bei Strandurlaub zu wenig!

    Dass es hier auch für Familien mit mehr als 2 Kindern schöne Wohnungen zu annehmbaren Preisen gibt. Das freundliche Personal und die direkt Strandlage. Der vorhandene Tiefgaragenstellplatz.

    Das Bad hat leider kein Außenfenster und kann somit nur schlecht gelüftet werden. Das Schlafzimmer sollte am großen Fenster zum Bad einen Vorhang oder ein Verdunkelungsrollo haben wegen hellem Licht. Rollo zum Balkon war etwas schwergängig und schloss nicht komplett.

    Die Nähe zum Strand ist perfekt, ebenso der Supermarkt genau gegnüber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, dem Gast die Wünsche zu erfüllen.

    Sehr gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile ist etwas übertrieben.
